Mike N2 StarPrinted final product is great, however customer service is poor, takes a week to get a quote, I spoke to 3 people about the same quote and they never took information, I had to give the same info again every time, in the end I had to email the info, once again. Not worth getting quotes through website as they get ignored, which one of their staff members even told me!, I still have a Pending Quote in the quote requests from last year!! My company has been using Eclipse for over 8 years. Painful process but eventual good result.Friday 17th November 2017
