Rob Upton1 StarEvery time we order for the kids it’s wrong. I really do mean every time, there is always something missing or incorrect. I don’t want to sound like I’m just angry reviewing but this really is the case. Try and phone them, no answer but a machine asks for a name and number. Don’t bother, they will never phone you back. I’m not going back there now. We’ve spent a lot there and gave them many chances. On the order screen it asks for ‘any notes for the restaurant’ I asked ‘please don’t forget the gravy this time’ guess what? Yeah… I wouldn’t bother if I was you. Neil Jones1 StarCan't get the order right. Not going anymore. You can't really blame an incorrect order on justeat. All they do is deliver it. I've only just started ordering again after leaving it a while because they can't get the order correct and nothing has changed. Don't bother, take heed of the reviews....Saturday 12th December 2020

Every time we order from there they miss items out.Just ordered a trilogy meal and the main item was missing the zinger burger how can you forget to put that in the big box. Ordered 2 chicken strips they were missing. I have rang the shop for 2 hours no answer. Don't bother ordering from here. I don't know how it's still open.Wednesday 27th October 2021
