No 1, Massive Victorian 1 bed near Sefton Park and Lark Lane

This large flat is the perfect location for a couple or pair of friends to stay in for a visit to Liverpool. Located right behind vibrant Lark Lane with its bars, cafés and restaurants, and minutes walk from beautiful Sefton Park, with a Co-op supermarket on the corner for essential supplies. Parking is on street but we had no difficulty. The flat itself offers a large living room, spacious bedroom with Super King-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, and sizeable bathroom with electric shower. The area is surprisingly quiet for such a popular destination, and we slept very well. The decor is in good condition and the flat was clean & tidy, with comfy sofas and a TV. We had a small problem with the boiler and one call to Adam the owner sorted things quickly. All communications were dealt with similarly efficiently. Plenty of hot water available and the heating was turned on. I would recommend the flat and the Aigburth area to visitors looking to experience neighbourhood life in Liverpool. It's not luxurious but offers good value and a base from which to take advantage of all this great city has to offer. The people are so friendly!

Great apartment, we stayed for the May bank holiday as we were running in the Half Marathon. We were a bit disappointed on arrival as we were faced with someone's washing up in the sink and a tap that wouldn't turn off ..... and then the next morning the bannister fell away from the wall causing my sister to fall down the stairs ... not ideal before a race 🙈 we rang Adam who rents the apartment and he couldn't apologise enough, he got it fixed the same morning and left us a bottle of wine ! Despite all that we would defo stay again and would recommend this apartment. The price is so reasonable, the area is lovely just 10 mins walk to the nearest merseyrail station that takes you to the city centre in mins. We had such a fantastic weekend with a few pbs thrown in and are already excited about next year 😁

Big apartment, well worth the price, great host with good communication. Literally a 5 minute walk from Sefton Park. Definitely recommend and if I'm ever in the need for a rental in liverpool will definitely look into staying again.
